For the past seven years, Terrell Fit has used his love for health and wellness to inspire and educate others about the world of fitness. As an ISSA certified personal trainer, certified nutrition specialist, and published author, he uses his knowledge of health along with his passion for fitness as his tools to change the lives of those who are interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle. By combining H.I.I.T cardio with circuit and weight training he has helped tons of clients reach their fitness goals whether those goals be to lose body fat, build lean muscle or to live a healthier more active lifestyle. Specializing in one on one personal training, group training, nutrition program development, and meal prepping services, Terrell Fit has multiple programs that can be catered to individual’s personal goals.
